• Spencer is booked for the first 4 weeks of the season and will not book the rest until the baseball teams put in their requests

• Crystal will look into Central School (Victoria)
• The newly upgraded Victor Brodure will not be renting their filed until the fall

Advertising
• Flyers have been posted
• Tara (Xtreme) got radio exposure
• Bell (Untouchadog) getting Marpac exposure

Referee
• There are 2 new fellows that have agreed to ref. They both have experience. Marty from Duncan will try to fill in for games they are not able to attend (potential scheduling conflict).

Miscellaneous Notes
• Season rosters are to be submitted at the first game. Include the following information: name, phone number, email address and team contact.
• A roster is to be submitted to the referee every game. Include the following information: names of players on the field, date and which team you are playing.
