· At the Spring AGM it was voted and approved to go to a user based fee system. This will continue for the Fall season. The following details on the user based fee system are still in affect:
· Dues are set prior to the beginning of the season based on the season’s budget. For the Fall 2008 season, teams are responsible to pay $60 for each person on their roster.
· Fees will be pro-rated if a player joins AFTER half way through the season. For each new person, the team will be charged $15 for all remaining games in the season.
· Once paid, fees will not be refunded.
Referee
· Dale has agreed to referee and has provided a name for a second ref. It will be decided if this person will second ref each game, or simply be a back up ref for when Dale is unable to make a game.
Grant Update
